In order to keep in an sustainable steady development, we ensured the idea of “Customer Supreme,Quality First” and set up the Strategic Management Committee charged by president, mainly responsible for making siginificant policy, investment decision and management of far-reaching plan etc. We established Operation Management Committee charged by factory director under Strategic Management Committee, in charge of the entire daily operation management of the shipyard. We set up the Technology Management Committee charged by technology director under Operation Management Committee and built up the Safety Management Committee charged by Administration director to ensure everything goes smoothly. We already gave a clear division of responsibilities and requirements of each committee to guarantee a scientific and effective planning, to ensure a practical and reliable implementation. The Technology Management Committee has the following four branches: hull Dept., machinery Dept., electrical Dept. and painting Dept., fully in charge of quality control and management during the ship building. also we have the following three steps for quality control: QC inspection, owner inspection, classification inspection, concentrate on execute the requirement of "steel ship classification regulation" of CCS and rules of other classifications (including the relevant requirement of IMO).by this kind of completely and integrated quality control management, yard can ensure and enhance the quality during ship building.
